Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Aura Gaming Studios ("Aura") covering our games and website (Arrow Escape, WordMix, Puzzle Suite, NumberCross, Bible Trivia, IQ Trivia). By downloading, installing or using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires, to use our games. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our games on your own devices for non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded from.

4. Our intellectual property

The games, their code, artwork, music, names, logos and other content belong to Aura or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it.

5. Playing fair

Please play respectfully. You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits or hacks, or modify, decompile or reverse engineer the games except where the law allows
• Use bots, scripts or other automated tools to play or interact with our services
• Interfere with our servers, security or other players' enjoyment
• Sell, rent or transfer your account or in-game items except where we permit it
• Use the games for any unlawful purpose

6. Third-party services

Our games may rely on third-party platforms and services, such as app stores. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the games. You can stop using the games at any time by uninstalling them. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue.

8. Changes to the games and terms

We may update, change or discontinue games or features, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant we will notify you. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it.

9. Disclaimers

The games are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aura is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the games. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsibility for your conduct

Where the law allows, you agree to be responsible for claims and losses caused by your breach of these terms or misuse of the games.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first. If that fails, disputes will be brought before the courts of Kenya, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
